At Ivory Tusk Lodge every conference is treated with absolute attention to detail.
We have various conference venues which can individually cater from 10 up to 400 guests. 

Our conference coordinator will assist and advise you on which venue best suits your needs and is sure to make your conference a memorable one.

  • Conference One Holds up to 150 Delegates;

  • Conference Two Holds up to 150 Delegates;

  • Conference Three Holds up to 100 Delegates;

  • Conference/Boardroom Four Holds up to 20 Delegates;

  • Above Conference halls can be combined to Hold up to 400 Delegates;

  • Has all the standard equipment needed;

  • Special requests can be met for conferences, meetings, seminars, business dinners and any form of corporate event

Please Note: The conference package includes the following:
 

  • Venue hire from 8:00am to 5:00pm

  • Mid-Morning Refreshment break

  • Afternoon Refreshment break

  • 2 Course Lunch Buffet (Main course: 2 meats, 2 vegetables, 2 starch options, 1 salad, 1 dessert) 1 soft drink/juice per person

  • Notepad and pen

  • 2 Bottled water per person

  • Mints

  • * PLEASE NOTE:  Delegates must provide their own laptop computers with power supply and voltage adapters and cables
